City Walls 

Denton Dene: ancient oak woodland.

Fenham Hall and St Mary's College:  The estate dates from the 14th Century. Mayor of Newcastle John Ord and his brother William built the current Fenham Hall between 1744 and 1748.

Hadrian's Way: a footpath and cycleway between Ravenglass in the West to South Shields in the East.

Hodgkin Park Artworks: Hodgkin Park in Benwell is split across two sites, divided by Armstrong Road. Both upper and lower parks have a number of art installations.

Hodgkin Park Benwell Dene: The dene is in the West of the lower park.

St James and St Basil: Grade II listed church.
